Why is this a problem?

You can not see entire screen.

This is a problem because you might not be able to reach navigation buttons or see all text and graphics.

Your Lesson Window will not open up when clicked on and no other messages.

Pop Up Blocking will prevent lesson windows or other window boxes from opening.  It can even prevent the System Test Button from opening to even check to see if pop ups are being blocked.

You have a good user id and password but can not sign in.

We write a cookie to the local hard drive. The Browser Security is blocking the cookie from being written and preventing the log in.

The LMS or content will not run on your computer.

You will need to check and see what type of computer that you have.  Also the your browser version and the software operating system can matter.

You have connection problems, drop outs, time outs or screen will freeze. 

All of this could be due to low bandwidth.  It is best to test the bandwidth and at least rule out that possibility. You need at least 50K for the LMS and training to perform.  Anything less than that would give you problems.

Your account is locked.

You can log in 15 times in one day.  More than that the account will lock to prevent log in.  But it will reset automatically at midnight and unlock.  This is to prevent password sharing and license abuse.
